33 - 95/368 do R8 PCGS MS65 30% Bright, struck over an 1862 Cent. Distinctive 1863 Indian Head Not One Cent struck in Copper Nickel. The first example of this Over Cent we have seen offered, a variety missing from the Tanenbaum collection. Steve Tanenbaum loved Over Cents and other coins trying to add as many as possible to his collection, so his not owning one says quite a lot. From the Dave Bowers collection.
