Key & Sons Medal Die Sinkers 329 Arch St. Philadelphia with 1869 National Semi Centennial Anniversary of Odd Fellowship Held at Philadelphia April 26, 1869 struck in Brass with a Plain Edge on an impressive 38mm planchet. All of these large size Key & Sons tokens are very rare with possibly just one or two struck of each. From the Steve Hayden and Robert Adams collections, earlier from StacksBowers April 2021 and still earlier from eBay May 1999. White Metal was listed by Adams and Rulau added Copper but left this Brass Unlisted. Historical attribution of tokens from this merchant have always been difficult because of the similarity of wording on the store card side and that Adams and Miller did not listing diameters or have illustrations.
