220 - NY630BW-1b R4 NGC MS65+ 80% Bright and nearly Proof Like. Strasburger & Nunn, New York with No North, No South, One Flag, One Union and eagle holding a snake in its beak, struck in Brass. A scarce and a bit underrated merchant with very popular reverse die. We sold an NGC MS65 PL example for $989 on eBay in February 2020. From the Dave Bowers collection earlier from Rossa and Tanenbaum. (1000-1500)
