92 - PA-54-003B R5 NGC MS63 60% Bright, nice for the grade. J. A. Garman Sutler 54th Pennsylvania Volunteers 3 Cents with eagle on reverse struck in Brass. This is the lowest denomination for this prolific issuer. There is an example known with just a 2 stamped which is presumed to have been intended as 25. From the Larry Maier collection. (500-750)
