55 - 181/343 f R8 PCGS MS63 40% Bright struck from a defective collar as is often seen on this die combination. Franz Sigel Union For Ever 1864 struck in Silver. Rare obverse die, where seven stars replace the Hero Of Pea Ridge motto. From the Lumberton and Larkin Wilson collections, earlier from Bowers & Merena's November 1995 sale. (1000-1500)
