486 - MILLER PA 416 NGC MS65 PL 90% Bright. W. Richardson & Co. Umbrellas Parasols, 106 Market Street Philadelphia struck in Brass with Plain edge. This is thought to be an early issue that Rulau dates to 1844. It does not appear to have been struck for collectors as many were in the late 1850's and consequently it is very elusive, even in EF condition; exceedingly rare this nice.
