Edward Cogan Dealer In Books, Coins, Medals and Engravings 1859, Philadelphia struck in Copper with Reeded edge. Struck and signed by Lovett on George Washington on the reverse. An NGC MS64 RB brought $350 in our April 2018 auction. From the Don Partrick collection. (500-750)
