303 - WV890A- 1a R7 PCGS MS65 BN Trace Red with nice luster. Bassett's Cheap Dry Goods, Wheeling West Virginia 1863. Rare in Uncirculated condition as are most West Virginia's. We sold an NGC AU50 on eBay in May 2015 that realized $307.80. From the Steve Fischer and Dave Bowers collections, earlier from Rossa & Tanenbaum. (1000-1500)
