295 - RI700C-6a R9 PCGS MS64 BN 10% Red, all on the obverse. Charnley, Providence Rhode Island muled with 1844 dated Hope and anchor die 1429 that has been reduced to the typical 19mm Civil War token size. Compare this to the 29mm version in the Patriotic series die 481 used with the various Rhode Island Hunting Scenes. Note that this small version is so rare that a full size Patriotic was used to illustrate die 1429. From the Dave Bowers and George collections from Rossa & Tanenbaum, in one of Dave's special holders with picture and facsimile signature. (2000-3000)
