175 - NY630BW-1b R4 NGC MS66 PL 30% Bright with nice toning and sharp strike. Strasburger & Nunn, New York with No North, No South, One Flag, One Union and eagle holding a snake in its beak, struck in Brass. A scarce and a bit underrated merchant with very popular reverse die. A Raw EF+ sold for $300 in our February 2014 catalog sale. More recently we sold an NGC MS65 PL example for $989 on eBay in February 2020. From PCAC's October 2000 sale. (1000-1500)
