395 - LOW 93 / HT-355 R4 NGC AU50 BN Fairly early die state with the beginnings of the die crack that would become quite prominent and spawn cuds. Nice, even and well centered strike.. 1835 Bucklin's Book Keeping, Troy New York signed TRUE ALB under date. Very scarce variety particularly this nice without problems. We sold a Raw EF with a more advanced die crack for $775 in our December 2019 auction. From the Don Partrick, Don Miller and Joseph Barnett collections, earlier from Dave Bowers via John Ford June 1983. (750-1000)
