448 - N. Y. N. H. & / H. R. R. on the obverse and 1 on reverse of 1891 Cent Raw VF Coin EF. Rulau lists a similar piece (NY NY 214) as New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad and dates to 1897. There are a number of similar stamps for various railroads, all quite rare. They are all likely tests of presses of medal seals used to secure railroad freight cars.
