35 - 84/148 a R7 Raw EF Indian Head with all stars and no date with an unknown bearded gentleman on the reverse. It has been speculated that this is John Stanton himself. From an image, supplied by the current president of the firm's current incarnation Long-Stanton Manufacturing, we think that is a distinct possibility. That period picture of the token maker shows a strong resemblance including a balding head and beard. A raw EF brought $1,105.50 in our June 2005 sale. From the Dick Punchard collection. (750-1000)
