855 - MILLER PA 327A Raw MS63 William W. Long Shuffle Board, Billiards & Bowling, Philadelphia stuck in Copper with Plain edge. A very interesting token with rebus spelling out Brilliant across the reverse. This merchant comes with two different obverse and reverse die. This is the obverse pictured in Rulau while the other die has a period after Long and the right compass point points to the S in St. This is the unlisted second reverse without a period after Hotel and Bowling and no space between Bagatelle & Shuffle. The Copper Long tokens are rarely seen in Uncirculated condition, a Raw AU sold for $132.78 in our February 2014 auction. From the Dave Bowers collection from Rich Rossa July 1997. (300-400)
