533 - LOW 318D / HT-D346 R9 Raw VF Coin VG. H. Judson in raised letters in a straight punch on the obverse of a 1776 Mexico City Two Real. A great counterstamp dated to the Hard Times period and thought to be Unique. We sold the same Judson stamp with a Syracuse stamp on a holed 1775 Two Real in our December 2012 auction that realized $900. From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from Paul Koppenhaver February 1980. (1000-1500)
