Hermann Wendt and Henry Seymour formed their partnership in Elizabeth New Jersey during the late 1850's manufacturing cutlery. They are listed as having offices in New York City at 52 Beekman Street with manufacturing in Elizabeth. See Rulau NY 2165 for an earlier stamp of Hermann Wendt.
