290 - OH690B-1a R6 Raw AU 10% Red weak at obverse center with natural planchet roughness. Frank Hendry Spectacles & Eye Glasses, Oberlin Ohio 1863. Very scarce town and merchant. This variety is much scarcer than -2a and probably underrated. We sold a Raw EF example of the -2a variety for $160 in our January 2016 sale. From the Charles Thobaben collection. (200-300)
