Allebach Watch Maker & Jeweler, Philadelphia Pennsylvania struck in Silver with very rare 1867 dated reverse featuring General George B. McClellan. This is the current plate example for the McClellan die now called 40181 and we know of no other example. From the Mark Cramer and Steve Tanenbaum collections earlier from Bowers & Merena's New York Public Library sale October 1982. In a NGC Tanenbaum holder. (1000-1500)
