165 - MO910A-2i R9 NGC MS63 40% Bright with nearly full original Tin plating. Drovers Hotel, St. Louis Missouri 1862 featuring a steer head on the obverse struck in Tin Plate. Very rare variety, the three examples in Newman were the first we had seen offered. A raw AU+ example of the R9 -1i variety realized $900 in our July 2006 auction. From the Eric Newman collection.
