22 - 71/455 a R9 NGC MS63 RB 20% Red. Indian Head 1863 with Good For 25 Cents Payable In Bank Bills reverse struck in Copper. Very rare obverse die and exceedingly rare reverse die its only use in the Patriotic series. This is only the second example of this die combination we have seen offered in the last 30 years. A raw MS62 Brass example sold for a very reasonable $2,500 in our January 2015 auction. From the Mark Glazer, Larkin Wilson, Joe Kuehnert, Jon Harris and Colonel Green collections. (4000-6000)
