388 - L. S. WHITE PATENTED JAN 31 1854 in a circular punch on the reverse of an 1848 Cent. Raw VF Coin EF but a bit flattened and apparently pressed into another Cent. A Le Roy S. White of Chicopee Massachusetts received patent number 10438 on January 31, 1854 for a furniture caster. From the Dave Bowers collection. (200-300)
