390 - WISS / NEWARK N.J. / U.S.A within a shield shaped design on the reverse of a 1912-D Half Dollar Raw VF Coin GOOD+. This was the logo of the J. Wiss & Son Company who were makers of scissors and other cutlery from 1848 to 1976. From the Steve Tanenbaum and Michael Kolman collections, earlier from Kurt Krueger's Spring 1992 sale. (50-75)
