149 - CT250A-1b(fp) R8 NGC MS62 Trace Bright with full Silvering. Arch Saloon No. 10 O. Rudd Montville Connecticut with Lincoln Redeemed reverse die struck in Silvered brass and has the odd cross hatching on the edge as noted in new Store Card book. Formerly attributed to Willimantic and has been moved in the new Store Card book to Montville where Orrind Rudd was a saloon keeper based on more current research. A very rare town and very likely the finest known. An NGC AU50 sold for $1,800 in our January 2015 sale. (3000-4000)
