121 - IT-FS-10Bb R9 Raw VF With flatness opposite counterstamp. Sutler Check Rice & Byers Redeemed in Goods to Soldiers Only Fort Still, Indian Territory. The denomination on this piece was reduced by counterstamping a 0 over the 5 in the struck 15 Cents reverse. Formerly NL U-10Bb and at that time the now considered Unique 15 Cent variety was unknown. It is interesting to compare this and the following reduced denominations tokens with the Garman pieces to follow where the worry was denominations being increased. (750-1000)
