566 - MILLER PA 327B Raw EF+ William W. Long Shuffle Board, Billiards & Bowling, Philadelphia struck in Copper with Plain edge. A very interesting token with rebus spelling out Brilliant across the reverse. This merchant comes with two different obverse and reverse dies. This has the unlisted second obverse not pictured in Rulau with a period after Long and the right compass point points to the S in St. This example has the listed first reverse pictured in Rulau with a period after Hotel and Bowling and space between Bagatelle & Shuffle. We sold an AU example of PA 327A with listed obverse and unlisted reverse for $130 in our February 2014 sale. To date we have seen three of the four possible obverse and reverse die pairings in Copper; the only one yet to be observed is with both unlisted dies. From the Dave Bowers reference set. (75-100)
