474 - LOW 364 / HT-M17 R4 Raw MS62 Sharply struck with great detail. Wm. J. Mullen Gold Dial Manufacturer, New York with a detailed reverse scene featuring angels. Struck by Charles Cushing Wright from die cut by Louisa Lander apparently in 1847. A MS63 brought $400 in our February 2014 auction. From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from Max Schwartz at the 1974 ANA convention. (300-400)
