419 - M. WHITNEY in raised letters in a rectangular depression on the obverse of a 1797 Large Cent. Raw FINE Coin AG+ with hole and a line of o's dangling from Liberty's nose. Possible attribution to either Martin Whitney 1787-1850 a Silversmith from Sherborn Massachusetts and less likely Micah Whitney 1803-1871 a Silversmith from Woodstock Connecticut.
