398 - H. REES in a curved punch on the obverse of an 1827 Large Cent. Raw VF Coin VG with large punch mark. Rees was a Philadelphia blacksmith in the late 1830's and is assigned the Hard Times token identification HT 415B. From the Dave Bowers reference collection. (25-50)
