389 - MILLER HOUSE on the obverse of an 1861 Seated Quarter. Raw VF Coin VG. Cohoes New York and Ironton Ohio have been suggested as possible attributions for this counterstamp that was likely issued in the late 1870's or early 1880's. (50-75)
