355 - WI410G-1a R7 NGC MS64 BN Trace Red on obverse and attractively toned. J. Rodermund Lager Beer Stock & Cream Ale, Madison Wisconsin. Popular token with horse drawn beer wagon. A MS64 example of the R9 -5a variety sold for $2,650 in our December 2012 auction while an EF specimen of this variety brought $777.77 in our February 2014 sale. This is the Fuld Plate token for both the 2nd and 3rd edition of the Store Card book. In fact this exact token was chosen over all others to be featured on the Cover of both of those editions.
