334 - PA750E-5a R9 Raw AU+ M. F. Beirn Magnolia Hotel, Philadelphia. Obverse die of -2a with 1093 reverse. The more common -1a obverse not pictured in Fuld does not have a period after Hotel and has a period rather than a line under the T in the second St. Known for some time they appear to be rare, a EF sold for $115.50 in our May 2004 sale. From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from Duane Feisel in October 1974. (100-150)
