232 - MI525C- 4a R9 Raw EF Details Retoning from cleaning. Wm. Jackson, Jackson Michigan. A rare obverse die once thought to be unique. This is the fourth example we have recorded and interestingly all but one have been cleaned at one point. A cleaned EF brought $459.80 in our March 1998 auction. From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from Spinks America's December 1998 sale of the Western Reserve Historical Society Museum collection. (400-500)
