27 - 71/455 b R9 Raw MS62 10% original bright luster. 1863 Good For 25 Cents Payable In Bank Bills struck in Brass. Very rare obverse die and exceedingly rare reverse die only used in the Patriotic series in this die combination. This is the only example of this die combination we have seen offered in the last 30 years. From the Steve Tanenbaum, Joe Kuehnert, Jon Harris, George Fuld and Max Schwartz collections. (4000-6000)
