709 - PM 1796-1+ NGC MS64 BN Trace Red and a bit weakly struck. End Of Pain with Thomas Paine hanging from gallows and Liberty Cap, Sword and quill pen on reverse. Struck in Copper 22mm. �Much rarer in this Farthing size than the normally seen Half Penny size, in fact no Farthings are listed in Dewitt / Sullivan.
