655 - MILLER PA 526B MS63 Or a bit better 70% Bright and fully Proof Like. John E. Vallee Bell Hanger 2313 N. Eighth St., Philadelphia struck in White Metal with Libertas Americana reverse. This obverse die combination is apparently unlisted in Adams and Miller. Both Adams and Millers descriptions of the obverse are incomplete and could be either of the currently known dies.
