287 - OH165FQ-2b R8 NGC VF20 Wm. Sinn 10 Cents, Cincinnati Ohio. William E. Sinn was a Saloon keeper on Sycamore between 3rd and 4th Streets in the 1864 City Directory. Exceedingly rare merchant with only one to three known from each denomination despite the R7 and R8 rarity ratings in Fuld. All three are planned to be called R9 in the next Store Card book.
