234 - OH 65B-5a R10 AU A couple of small spots and some obverse planchet file marks where the token is not fully struck. B. Brady Tin Ware, Bellevue Ohio. Obverse struck at least four times, two with 10% movement between strikes. Currently unlisted but scheduled to be listed as Unique in the next edition of the Store Card book. The reverse is Patriotic Die 143 is also unlisted in the current Store Card book but scheduled to be called 1153A. Due to the fuzzy reverse strike this is likely a striking error where a Patriotic token was fed into the dies along with a blank planchet. Very interesting piece for the error specialist. From the Steve Tanenbaum collection earlier from our December 2010 sale where it brought $275. (300-400)
