675 - MILLER MA 46 AU 10% Bright but with a few light marks and an even layer of tin pest. Kendall's on obverse and reverse with a space to receive a counterstamp struck in White Metal with Plain edge. Attributed to Boston Massachusetts and though quite scarce are usually seen unusual counterstamps (38, 162 1/2 and 225 for example). No details on Kendall's are listed in Rulau but they were most likely a restaurant or saloon check. (25-50)
