463 - PA750W-2b R9 AU58 Or nearly so. Union Volunteer Refreshment Saloon, Philadelphia struck in Brass. Very rare variety with reverse die 1092, the finest of just three known. The finest specimen that could be found in 1972 for the Fuld book was barely recognizable. We sold an VF+ for $650 in our March 2008 auction. From the Steve Tanenbaum and Richard McFerran collections. In a NGC holder graded AU58. (1000-1500) See pictures.
