462 - PA750V-4b R7 MS64 60% Bright and well struck with nearly Proof Like obverse. N. & G. Taylor 1862, Philadelphia with George Washington. Much scarcer than the -3b or even the -5e variety. Rare in Uncirculated condition, we sold a similarly bright but weakly struck Uncirculated example in our July 2000 auction for $357.50. From the John Ford collection. In a NGC holder graded MS64.
