246 - MA260A-3a R8 MS64 20% Red. E. P. Francis City Hotel Billiard Room, Fall River Massachusetts muled with Frank L. Gray Bookseller Providence Rhode Island struck in Copper. This very rare and underrated variety, the first we have seen offered. Formerly listed as a separate merchant as RI700B-2a, this will be the designation in the new Civil War Store Card book.
