117 - 299/350 do R7 MS63 30% Bright struck over an 1863 Copper Nickel Indian Head Cent with strong date and good detail particularly on the reverse. Drum, Flags and Crossed Canons Army & Navy struck in Copper Nickel. Much rarer than the non over struck variety despite the given rarities.
