844 - RULAU NY Syr 26 AU Trace Bright. Sterns Bicycle Company, Syracuse New York struck in Lead with a Plain edge. Popular token resembling an ancient Syracusan dekadrachm with Stearns spelled out in Greek and dated 1898 in Roman numerals. Rulau lists in Copper plated Lead but we have never seen one in that configuration. One of the nicest examples seen. (75-100)
