744 - MILLER NY 406 MS60 10% Bright but with mottled toning. J E, New York. This piece is attributed to the 1820' by Rulau based on the possibility it was produced by Richard Trested, we believe the style is more suggestive of the Clinton Lunch piece that is currently listed in the Hard Times period. This example appears to be Gilt Copper and unlisted as such. From the Ron Ward collection earlier from one of our fixed price lists January 2003. (100-150)
