She Seeketh Wool And Flax And Worketh Willingly With Her Hands, from the Bible Proverbs 31:13. That is all we could find with some quite internet searching, possibly Women's Art College or Club as a Lowell Art Association was founded in 1876 as well or perhaps it is AWC American Woolen Company though that Lowell company doesn't seem to have be formed until 1891. An interesting piece complete with a mystery waiting to be solved. (50-75)
