530 - J. J. MOORE / DRAYAGE in raised letters in two rectangular depressions on the obverse of an 1830's Large Cent, the Drayage stamp is inverted. VF Coin VG but obverse planed down, holed for suspension and two other circular punches. Though thought at one time to be from post war Tennessee, current research indicates they are from New York City in the 1850's. This is the Rulau plate specimen. From the Dave Bowers collection earlier from Rich Hartzog in the 1980's. (200-300)
