304 - MO910C-2a R9 MS63 20% Red from late dies states which appear to by the same. Henry Jenkens Clothier, St. Louis Missouri. An intriguing token, apparently a single die double header. Both sides show the same late die state that is often seen with this merchant but none of the tell tail weakness usually present on one first side when the token is struck a second time against a copper blank or other material. This is the Fuld plate specimen. One of the most fascinating tokens in the Tanenbaum collection and quite likely Unique. From the Steve Tanenbaum, Ed Rosen and George Fuld collections. (1500-2000)
