253 - MI370J-1a R3 MS64 70% Red and nearly Proof Like. L. H. Randall, Grand Rapids Michigan struck in Copper with picture of a "T" box labeled with Chinese characters on the top and side and in tiny letters Young Hyson (a famous Chinese Green Tea even today) also on the side of the box. Very are and underrated variety, just the fifth we have seen offered. A similar example sold for $366 in our June 2011 sale. From the Cliff Temple collection earlier from Joseph Barnett on November 12th 1942 for $0.25. In a NGC holder graded MS64 RB. (300-400)
