Merrimac Relic Table Plaque. Bronze 65x95mm with Iron insert from the Merrimac's actual armor plating in the shape of the Ironclad 1928, Uniface with two ball feet, AU attractive dark metallic blue black Merrimac contrasted with the light bronze of the plaque itself. A very impressive item, a similar example sold for $874 in PCAC's 2004 sale. (1,000-1,500)
