MILLER VA 28B MS63 50% Bright. James E. Wolff, Petersburg Virginia struck in Brass with Plain edge and pictures of the usual top hat but a American Flag on the reverse. Quite rare in this composition, unlisted by both Miller and Rulau. From the Richard Crosby collection earlier from Dorge (Doris and George Fuld) October 1975. (200-300)
